BEST MindLab Lead Scholar in Residence (Professor of Psychology Southern Oregon University).  Dr. Runco is a leading creativity scholar who is active in empirical research and has published cognitive, economic, genetic, historical, developmental, and educational books and articles on the topic. To help people fulfill their capacity for creativity, he has devised a battery of tests that measures creative potential and performance. He teaches a variety of graduate and undergraduate classes on creativity and innovation, and once each year he organizes an international creativity conference.

BML Scholar (Paris France, Professor of Psychology Chez Université Paris Descartes). Dr. Lubart is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Paris Descartes, France. His research focuses on creativity, with emphasis on individual differences, measures of creative potential, the creative process and creative environment. He is author/ co-author of books and scientific articles on creativity and its development, as well as measures of creative potential (EPoC battery to evaluate children and adolescents, creative profiler for adults). Dr. Lubart has led several large-scale quantitative research projects concerning creative individuals, creative processes and creative environments.

He is the current Operations Lead at The Music & Expressive Arts Center of Oklahoma, an organization focused on facilitating training and education at the intersections of Music and Mental Wellness.
